1.General Policy Returns or exchanges without reason are NOT supported. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in this policy. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be approved except for valid manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or seller shipping errors. We only process after-sales requests for the following three scenarios: factory quality defects, damage during shipping, or wrong/missing items caused by us. All other reasons will be rejected. Requests due to personal reasons of the buyer — including but not limited to changed mind, no longer needed, style/color/length not as expected, wrong size selection, unsatisfactory fitting effect, personal preference differences, or misunderstanding of product descriptions — will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
2.Eligibility for Returns A return may be considered ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met: The request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will be automatically rejected. The item remains completely unused, unworn, uncombed, untrimmed, unstyled, unwashed, not wet, and free of contact with chemicals, perfumes, hair products, sweat or stains. The original packaging is intact, undamaged, unmodified, with all original tags and accessories included, in resalable condition. The buyer provides clear photos and videos showing the exact issue to verify quality defect or shipping damage. Prior approval from customer service is obtained. Any unauthorized returned packages will be refused directly, and all related risks and losses shall be borne by the buyer.
3.Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions Returns, exchanges and refunds will be DENIED if ANY of the following applies: The item has been used, worn, installed, trimmed, dyed, permed, styled, washed, wet, or contaminated. The original packaging is damaged, lost, stained, or tags are missing. Customized items including custom color, custom length or custom style. Requests filed more than 7 days after delivery. Claims of color variation, minor loose hair, normal production marks, or slight packaging compression, which are not considered quality defects. Buyer’s own measurement error, incorrect selection, or misunderstanding of product information. Returned items do not match the items we sent, have been swapped, or intentionally damaged by the buyer.
4.Return Shipping Policy All return shipping fees, round-trip logistics costs, customs fees, and clearance charges shall be fully borne by the buyer. We do NOT provide free return labels, prepaid shipping, shipping subsidies, or reimbursement for any logistics-related fees. Risks including loss, damage, delay, or customs seizure during return shipping shall be borne solely by the buyer. We assume no liability. Additional costs caused by incorrect return address or non-compliant return shall be paid by the buyer.
5.Refund Policy Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Only the product cost will be refunded. Original shipping fees, transaction fees, and service fees are non-refundable. If the returned item fails inspection, we reserve the right to reject the refund and may send the item back at the buyer’s expense. Bank processing times vary by payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
6.Exchange Policy Exchanges for different styles, colors, lengths or specifications are NOT supported. Exchanges are only available for the identical same item in confirmed cases of our responsibility. All logistics fees for exchanges shall be borne by the buyer. Exchange requests are also limited to 7 days after delivery; overdue requests will be rejected.
7.Additional Important Terms Slight color differences due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings are not quality defects and are not eligible for return. Minor loose hair or normal production threads on hair products are industry-standard conditions and not defects. We reserve the final right to interpret whether an item qualifies for return or exchange. Placing an order constitutes the buyer’s acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms of this Returns & Refund Policy.
8.After-Sales Application For after-sales support, contact customer service with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, full product images, and detailed video of the issue for review.
